Love to infinity

A New Year’s Eve wedding at Castiglion del Bosco unfolded as a striking, immersive experience, where nature, symbolism, and refined elegance converged into a single, unforgettable vision.

The celebration revolved around a grand figure-eight table, a symbol of infinity, unity, and continuity, serving as the convivial heart of the evening. The mise en scène was dominated by opulent decorations of flowers, fruits, and vegetables, arranged as true artistic installations: opened pomegranates, dark grapes, and deep-purple radicchio intertwined with amaranthus and ranunculus, creating compositions that were rich, sensual, and surprising.

The colour palette, exploring the many shades of burgundy, evoked the warmth of fire and the magic of welcoming a new year. Intense yet sophisticated, the colours harmonised beautifully with the estate, highlighting the timeless elegance of Castiglion del Bosco. Candles of varying heights, their flames flickering gently, punctuated the figure-eight table, amplifying the intimate and theatrical atmosphere.

The result was a scenographic, sensory banquet, where the beauty of the winter season took centre stage, celebrating abundance, rebirth, and love. As midnight struck, amid toasts and soft lights, the wedding became a true rite of passage: not only the beginning of a new life together but also the symbolic opening of a new year, celebrated with style, poetry, and profound emotion.
